DJ Awards 2024 Nominees Announced as Event Returns After Four-Year Hiatus
The DJ Awards is returning to Ibiza for its 23rd edition after a four-year absence, with the event set to take place on October 2 at Club Chinois.
The prestigious award ceremony will honour top DJs and industry figures across various categories. Public voting for the awards is now open and will close on September 13.
Nominees this year include internationally recognised DJs such as Calvin Harris, Peggy Gou, and Swedish House Mafia. The awards also highlight breakthrough acts, including Desiree, Miss Monique, and Sammy Virji, and span across multiple genres from drum ‘n’ bass to techno. The 2024 edition also features a new user-generated competition, encouraging music fans to share their best dancefloor memories for a chance to win a genuine DJ Award.
In addition to recognising artists, the DJ Awards will also pay tribute to an ‘Ibiza icon’ who has significantly contributed to the island’s club culture. Other awards will be presented to festivals, parties, and individuals making a positive impact on the community.
