Boiler Room Acquired by Superstruct Entertainment

Boiler Room, the UK-based electronic music streaming platform, has been sold by ticketing company DICE to European events giant Superstruct Entertainment for an undisclosed sum.

DICE, which acquired Boiler Room in 2021, will remain its official ticketing partner following the sale. Superstruct Entertainment, a global live events company, owns over 80 festival brands across Europe and Australia, including Creamfields, Field Day, and Sziget. Boiler Room has confirmed that its current leadership team will continue to oversee the platform under its new ownership.

Superstruct Entertainment, recently acquired by investment firm KKR in a €1.3 billion deal, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership. CEO Roderik Schlösser praised Boiler Room’s cultural impact and its ability to maintain authenticity over the past 15 years. Boiler Room founder Blaise Bellville highlighted the opportunities for growth while preserving the platform’s unique identity under Superstruct’s ownership.

Phil Hutcheon, founder of DICE, described Boiler Room as an “incredible brand” and celebrated the success of their three-year collaboration. The move marks another milestone for Superstruct as it continues to expand its portfolio of prominent music and cultural events worldwide.
